Katie Henry 15, is a 10th grader. She started mushing when she was eight years old. In 2021, she ran the Junior Kobuk 440 and finished second. She says she grew up with four sisters. Their family are all mushers and enjoy taking good care of their dogs. We also hunt, fish, and live subsistance lifestyles. She wants to become a veterinarian and says absolutely yes, she will continue mushing.
