Christina, 17, began mushing at the age of four. She said when she watched the cartoon movie on Balto, she decided she wanted to run and win the Iditarod! She is homeschooled and enjoys photography, reading and writing. She plans to go to college and eventually wants to produce a top competitive mid-distance team racing at 100-250 miles, while also promoting high standards of care for sled dogs. She wants to move toward distance racing with her goal being to run in and win the world famous Iditarod Sled Dog Race. Christina owns her own kennel and started racing three years ago. Whiteout Racing Kennel strives to stand for honest and quality dog care.
