Biography
Benjamin, 15, started running with Conway Seavey about four years ago. He ran the Willow Jr. 100 last year and finished 2nd. He is homeschooled and in the ninth grade. Through the school he participates in shop (small engines and mechanics) and trapline and riding lessons. He enjoys horseback riding. He is one of seven children and has family members who have also run the Jr. Iditarod and the Iditarod. He isn’t sure what he will do when he finishes high school or whether he will continue mushing.
