Biography
Cain Carter, 17, has run the Jr. Iditarod three times. He started mushing because of his step dad, Lance Mackey. Cain is in 11th grade at Lathrop High School and says he enjoys skate boarding, listening to music, running dogs and riding a dirt bike. When he is old enough, he wants to run the Iditarod. He says he will continue mushing after he finishes high school.
