Biography
Jeff Holt, 17, began mushing when his family lived in Bettles and someone came home with some orphan puppies. He will be running his fourth Jr. Iditarod this year. He has also run the Jr. Quest, the Jr. Cantwell and other junior sprint races. Jeff is a junior at North Pole High School where he plays baseball. He lists baseball and his pickup as his hobbies. When he finishes high school he plans to go to college playing baseball and does expect to continue mushing.
