Biography
Katrina DeLoach, 17, says her family moved to Trapper Creek from Idaho just so she could run this year’s Jr. Iditarod. “This is a dream come true for us,” Katrina exclaimed. The eleventh grade student is home schooled and participates in art classes, dog mushing and as an elementary school volunteer. She says she enjoys horseback riding and playing the guitar. She plans to go to UAA after graduation and says she would like to run the Iditarod.
